Parking/Trash

Parking: Behind the building and free street parking up front.
Trash: Bins are at the front of the building. Picked up Wednesday morning.

House Rules

• No smoking inside ($200 fee).
• No parties or large unapproved gatherings (min.$400 fee).
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please remove shoes at the door.

Checkout (11 AM)

• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Place all used towels and linens in the washer and start it.
• Take all of your belogings, turn off lights, lock the door and have a safe journey.
• These aren't mandatory but our cleaners appreciate it.
