Logistics
Parking: 4 car parking spots in front of the house and another car can park by the side of the house.
Trash: Bins on the side of the house. Picked up Wednesday morning.
Thermostat: You can adjust the temperature in the upstairs living room on the wall above the sofa by turning the wheel left or right on the NEST thermostat. The temperature can be unbalanced inside the house, with higher temperatures on the first floor and lower temperatures in the basement. Close the kitchen door to keep it more balanced.
Lawn Care: Mowed every two weeks by management.
Snow Removal: Stairs and pathways will be shoveled within 24h if snowfall exceeds 1 inch.
Safety devices: Please test smoke/CO detectors monthly. If you hear a battery chirp, notify us immediately via the maintenance form.
House Rules
• No smoking inside (min. $200 fee).
• No parties or large unapproved gatherings (min. $400 fee).
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please remove shoes at the door.

Checkout (11 AM)
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Place all used towels and linens in the washer and start it.
• Take all of your belogings, turn off lights, lock the door, return the key in the lockbox and have a safe journey.
• These aren't mandatory but our cleaners appreciate it.
