  • Emergency information is below, for troubleshooting general issues use the chatbox on the side and for anything more serious please submit a maintenance ticket. Emergency Info

  • Fire: Extinguisher is located upstairs under the kitchen sink. Exit through front door or sliding window from the dining room. If you are in the basement escape through the window in one of the two bedrooms on the West Side. Call 911
  • Water Leak: The Main Shutoff valve is in the utility room (downstairs), between the washer and Water heater.
  • Gas: Shutoff in the utility room before it enters HVAC and Water Heater. If you smell gas call MidAmerican Energy (800) 595-5325
  • Internet: Router & Modem is in the upstairs SW bedroom. First Reset the router, uplug, wait and plug it back in. If still not working call Cox 1-800-234-3993
  • Emergency Maintenance: Larger water leak (more than a puddle), potencial for fire. Call (402)-522-6688
  • 911: Call for Fire, Gas, or Medical Emergencies.
