Shut-offs: Water shut offs are under the kitchen sink (Apt #5 and 6) and under the cabinet next to the fridge (Apt. #1). Locate the red and blue water lines that are coming from the floors upward and turn the valve perpendicular to the water lines. The main building water shut off is in Apt. #3.

Trash: Bins on the side of the house. Picked up Wednesday morning.

Laundry: No in-unit washer/dryer. We recommend Blackstone Laundromat (3814 Farnam St) (Map).

• No parties or large unapproved gatherings (min.$400 fee).
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please remove shoes at the door.

• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Place all used towels and linens in the washer and start it.
• Take all of your belogings, turn off lights, lock the door and have a safe journey.
• These aren't mandatory but our cleaners appreciate it.
